Our Wedding

Melaina and Christopher's love is like no other. They met in late September of 2018, and got so caught up with each other neither can remember the date. Although they don't know the day they met, Melaina and Christopher knew they found something special. Over the next several years, they strengthened their bond by teaching each other new things, learning and exploring the world together, and laughing and dancing through it all. With each day, they find a new way to love and support one anther. Together, they faced life's challenges and celebrated its joys, showing each other valuable lessons along the way. Their love story is a beautiful example of how two individuals can grow and evolve together, creating a life filled with love, adventure, and endless possibilities.

Zanella-Moats In choosing to share the name Zanella-Moats, they created a powerful symbol of unity and love. This choice reflects their belief that a name can hold the essence of two lives coming together as one. By combining their names, they honor their individual histories, carrying forward the legacies of their pasts while building a shared future. Zanella-Moats is more than a name—it’s a celebration of their commitment to walk life’s journey side by side, blending their stories into a single, meaningful identity that represents who they are together. Tyler Beane is not just the best man or brother; he is the embodiment of unwavering support and boundless love. As the best man, Tyler has stood by Christopher's side through thick and thin, always offering his hand.  Tyler’s warmth and generosity extends not only to Christopher, but to Melaina, whom he welcomed into his life with open arms.  From the moment she entered his world, Tyler embraced her like family, always offering a warm welcome.  

As the brother, he has been no stranger to joys and sorrows. Tyler is one of the best to cheer you on, and who to turn to when life is hard, always giving the best advice. And as a friend, Tyler has been a confidant, a shoulder to lean on, and a unlimited stream of laughter and cherished memories.  From the earliest days of our journey to the present moment, Tyler has been there, navigating life's twists and turns right there with us, always lending an ear or hand.  Together, we have shared countless laughs, made unforgettable memories, and grown into the people we are today with help from Tyler's influence and guidance.  

In Tyler, Christopher found not just a companion, but a true partner in life—a person to be loved, cherished, and celebrated for the remarkable individual he is. Through every triumph and challenge, Tyler has watched Christopher grow with pride and respect, teaching him valuable lessons along the way and showing you the true meaning of unconditional love and friendship.

Taylor Corcoran is not just a Maid of Honor; she is a cherished friend whose presence holds a special place in my heart. We've known each other since birth, transitioning from childhood friends to family in adulthood. Taylor's support and constant source of strength have been a guiding light throughout our journey together.  She celebrates my milestones as if they were her own, sharing in the joys with genuine enthusiasm.. Taylor brings genuine laughter and calmness to my life, her presence serving as a balm to soothe life's inevitable challenges.  As my Maid of Honor, Taylor embodies the true essence of friendship—a companion who has stood by my side through every challenge, always offering a hand and unconditional love. Through our friendship she grew to love and respect Christopher.  Building a bond and friendship that is equal to mine.  We wouldn't change the world or imagine it without her in it, for Taylor's friendship is a gift that we treasure.

Luke is not just a best man, but a friend whose spirit transcends time.  When we met on my first day of college, we were strangers. Over the years though,  our friendship has became a lifetime bond.  Luke makes us laugh like no one else can, and our understanding of each other runs deep.  

It has been a pleasure to have Luke as a roommate and housemate. We spent everyday together, learning to appreciate the boredom of life and create excitement. Our friendship is built on support, amazing humor and a shared appreciation for the moments that make life worth living. 

As my best man, Luke embodies the true essence of friendship - a guy who stands by your side through thick and thin, ready to dance on furniture for highs and make a pillow fort for the lows.  His presence on this special day creates the opportunity for more joy to be had.

Emma Yingling is not just a Maid of Honor; she is a cherished friend who has been an integral part of my life long before Christopher entered the picture. Her unwavering presence, support, and love have been constant. Emma has witnessed the evolution of my relationship with Christopher from its earliest days, standing by our side through it all, offering her genuine thoughts and ideas.  Together, we've shared countless memories, laughter, and tears, creating a tapestry of experiences that bind us together in friendship. Emma has been the most level headed, thought out person I know, protecting me and grounding me to reality.  As my Maid of Honor, Emma embodies the true essence of friendship—selfless, supportive, and unwavering. Her presence on this special day is a testament to the enduring power of friendship and the love that binds us together.

JB isn't just a groomsman; he's a lifelong friend who has been a constant presence in my life since childhood. Our friendship was forged through countless fun times and shared experiences. From playing together as children, to JB beating me up for youtube videos, and welcoming me into his home, our friendship has always been something I am proud of. JB's genuine friendship have meant the world to me, especially during times when I needed a friend the most. We've shared so many laughs together, and I wouldn't trade a single moment of the time or memories we've created. I am honored to have him stand next to me on this very special day, surrounded by loved ones and cherished memories. JB's presence will be yet another amazing memory to behold.

Jules isn't just a bridesmaid; she's a beloved friend, roommate, and like a sister to both of us. Her presence in our lives has brought immeasurable joy, laughter, and warmth. Jules embodies kindness and consideration, with a spunky and funny spirit that brightens our days. She is not only smart and reliable but also is everything one could dream of in a friend. The past years we've lived together have been filled with countless cherished memories, each one a testament to the bond we share. When Jules moved in as a roommate, little did we realize the incredible blessing and stroke of luck we were receiving—a friend for life. Her friendship is a treasure we hold dear, and having her as a bridesmaid is a reminder of the deep and lasting connections we've formed. Jules, with her unwavering support and genuine friendship, enriches our lives in ways we'll forever be grateful for.

Nate holds a special place in our hearts as not just a groomsman but a cherished friend. Nate has personally saved Melaina and Christopher's lives. Our friendship blossomed at WVU, where we embarked on our respective paths for the next chapter of our lives. While his height may earn him his nickname Tall Nate is so much more than that. He exudes kindness and honesty, with a resourceful and funny spirit that adds joy to every moment. Nate's wonderful outlook on life is infectious, and together, we've shared countless laughs and unique moments. One of our fondest moments was camping together, surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors, where we talked and laughed late into the night. As we eagerly anticipate the next adventure in life, we look forward to having Nate by our side, sharing in the laughter, the joy, and the wonderful moments that lie ahead.

Isabel, affectionately known as Izzy, holds a unique place in our hearts as not only a cherished member of our family but also a dear friend. Her kindness, humor, and wit illuminate every interaction, making her a treasured presence in our lives. Throughout the years, Melaina and Izzy have shared countless childhood memories, each one a precious reminder of the bond they share. As they grew, so too did their friendship, strengthened by shared experiences and cherished moments.From family gatherings to summers filled with adventure, including a memorable trip to Switzerland, our connection with Izzy has only deepened over time. Christopher had the opportunity to get to know Izzy over the summer, teaching her the wonders of Tacobell and created their own bond. We feel incredibly blessed to have Izzy in our lives and as part of our family. As we look ahead to the future, we eagerly anticipate creating more memories together and embarking on new adventures. Having Izzy standing with us on this special day fills our hearts with joy, gratitude, and anticipation for the journey ahead.

Meet Liam, our junior groomsman and beloved brother to Melaina. As the newest addition to Christopher's family, Liam brings kindness, sweetness, and a bundle of excitement to our lives. From the moment she entered our lives, we've been captivated by her determination, strength, and sense of humor. Myla's intelligence and resilience shine brightly, and we've had the privilege of watching her grow into the amazing person she is becoming.  As Myla takes on the role of junior bridesmaid, she is a symbol of the bond we share as a family and the love that binds us together. We're honored to have her by our side on our special day, celebrating the beautiful journey we've shared and looking forward to the adventures that await us in the future.

At just 2 years old, Carter holds the title of being the only nephew of Melaina and Christopher, stealing hearts with his captivating presence. His infectious laughter and boundless curiosity light up the room, bringing joy and love wherever he goes. Carter is a true blessing in our lives, reminding us of the beauty and innocence of childhood. We're grateful to have him as a part of our wedding day, adding an extra touch of sweetness and charm to the celebration.
